Nice calm day. LIght winds, mostly under F3. Sunny day.
John Charley started in very small wavelets with no waves. All the feeds were completed every 45 minutes with a combination of warm feeds and carbo drinks and gels. Later in the swim, a sandwich and almond slices were given. No painkillers issued and no cramps (great news).
Loads of dolphins to keep the swimmer amused.
Stroke was very steady throughout. A great day on the water.
